Job Overview
21-Tech Market is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to work as Field Agents responsible
for registering local businesses onto our online marketplace. As a Field Agent, you will visit
businesses in your assigned area, introduce them to our platform, and assist them in getting listed
to increase their visibility and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities
1 Visit shops, stalls, offices, and local businesses within assigned areas
2 Introduce 21-Tech Market and explain its benefits
3 Register businesses using provided tools (form/app)
4 Collect accurate business details (name, phone number, location, category)
5 Ensure all listings are genuine and complete
6 Meet weekly or daily registration targets
7 Provide feedback from the field to improve the platform
Requirements
1 Good communication skills
2 Confidence in approaching people
3 Ability to speak local languages (added advantage)
4 Must have a smartphone and able to use (WhatsApp, forms, etc.)
5 Honest and trustworthy
6 Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation
Paid per successful business registration with additional incentives for verified and high-quality
listings. Performance-based bonuses available.
Work Type
Flexible / Field-based. Part-time or full-time depending on performance.
